Preschoolers are amazing but tears and tantrums will happen. Their time with us is temporary, but the Gospel message we want to impress on their hearts is eternal. It is important that we understand preschoolers abilities and limitations so we can discipline effectively. Using a positive approach to discipline in our ministry helps us to be consistent, caring, and sensitive to those in our care.
